Terry Warren is an experienced transactional attorney with more than 31 years of real-estate, finance and management experience. He is licensed as a lawyer in Arizona and Texas, and as a real estate broker in Arizona. He has worked with law firms ranging in size from one attorney to 700 attorneys.
At Warren Charter Law, Terry has negotiated and closed more than $2.5 billion in financing and roughly $2.1 billion in real property purchases, with an average transaction size of approximately $20.3 million.
Terry earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his business finance degree from Northern Arizona University. He has also completed business and law courses at the University of Arizona and more than 600 hours of certified continuing legal education and real estate course work. He has written a comprehensive treatise on Arizona school-procurement law and has taught courses and seminars in contract law, real estate/school finance and real-property acquisition.
